FARM TOURS
The Musk Ox Farm is nestled in the pastoral Matanuska Valley just outside of Palmer, Alaska, a scenic fifty-minute drive from downtown Anchorage. Our picturesque Colony farm, where we continue a unique domestication project, begun sixty years ago, is home to a lively herd of over seventy musk oxen, from powerful bulls to frolicking calves.
Our educators would love to take you on a 45 minute walking tour to see and learn all about our musk oxen!

If you want to guarantee your spot at the time you'd like, we recommend booking ahead.
Walk-ins are welcome! However, there is a chance that you'll have to wait until the next available tour, or risk the tours being completely booked.
