Pictured here with Mama Gouda! Frittata was the third calf born the spring of 2024 to first time mom, Gouda! Frittata is pretty shy and reserved around new people, but she opens up once she's more comfortable. Gouda has helped teach Frittata and instill confidence in the farm routine. Now Frittata works very well with the farm staff with whom she has a lot of trust in!
