Iris was born in June and named after one of Alaska's most prolific wildflowers which also blooms in June. Iris has really come into her own now that she's in her golden years, perfectly content to hang out with her best pal May. The two often hang out in the back of the pasture where they can have peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of farm activities and visitors.

You can receive oxclusive photos and updates about this herd member throughout the year AND support the farm by joining Friends of the Musk Ox (FOMO).
